I started the Juggernaut GuidedAI in July of this year after using the JuggernautAI System for the previous 9 months.
Before GuidedAI, I recognized that I had issues with form, and found myself second guessing my decisions regarding accessory selection, weak point identification, and diet/cutting/bulking. Coach Marisa Inda has given me many simple, common sense solutions to correct my issues and answer my questions, helping me to be a better lifter.
With a 240kg/530lb squat, 150kg/330lb bench, and a 287.5kg/634lb deadlift. I set Pr’s in all three lifts and total, I also set 4 IPL World records, 2 USPA National Records, and 10 USPA State records (tested and non-tested). I won the M2a /110kg class and took home 2 gold and three silver medals.
The combination of Chad’s programming genius and Marisa’s daily input has helped me accomplish many of my goals, and I’m just getting started at 54 years old. Thank you Juggernaut for helping me to be the strongest version of myself!
