Bench Tips for Female Lifters

The bench press is often the slowest to develop and hence most frustrating lift for female athletes. Marisa Inda is one of the strongest female powerlifters in the World, winning the 2017 IPF World Championship which included an American Record bench of 95kg/209# at 50.9kg/112# bodyweight. In this video, Marisa touches on some key points to help other female lifters develop their pressing strength.
