What Is A Typical Day In Your Life?

Written by

Nick Shaw – Kids, work (answering emails all day), lift weights, kids, work, sleep

Sam Lower – -wake up, eat breakfast

-feed the dogs, play with them and get ready for morning clients

-coach

-train for 2-3 hours

-eat eat and eat again somewhere in there (it’s all timed)

-some days we travel local or up to an hour away to coach again at gyms

-train our evening clients

-another session, or stretching

-dinner, shower, Netflix, bed!

Ariel Stephens– My typical day consists of training, JTS customer service and nannying. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I train twice and on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I train once.

Chad Wesley Smith– Up at 6:00 doing Juggernaut things-emails and social media, eat, work until the early afternoon and then train. Either dinner and relaxing at home or dinner out with friends. If you’re ever in Orange County, make sure you go to Wild Goose Tavern and order the Cilantro Caprese Burger-odds are I’ll probably be there eating the same thing.

Kalle Beck– I wake up, make my wife coffee, feed the pony then I do some light cardio while I think of all the things I have to do that day and prioritize them making a list. I used to wake up and get right to emails, clients, social media, etc but I found I end up chasing my tail all day and never truly getting done what is important. I then do all the aforementioned work things and then set aside an hour a day to write or focus. I try to train after I eat lunch and then do more work stuffs. In the afternoon I do something physical like work on my truck or house projects to get some active tanning in before my wife comes home from work. We eat dinner and I do my best to stay off the book of faces.

Dr. Quinn Henoch– Wake up at 7am – eat, computer work, appointments. Late morning early afternoon – eat, train. 2-7pm – eat, computer work, appointments, eat. Bed before 11 (hopefully).

James Townsend– Am- Read my Godly daily devotional, let the dogs out, feed baby, dress her and then turn on Disney Junior for her. I’ll get ready, put dogs in cage, try to eat breakfast, baby and I will go to the gym and I’ll train for 4.5-6hrs, leave the gym and be stuck in traffic for an hr, get home and tell the wife the baby is all hers, make a huge bowl of cereal, turn on ESPN and sit in my lounge chair.)

Dr. Reena Tenorio– I work as a Doctor of Physical therapy in the morning. During my “lunch break,” I train for 3 hours, then head back to work until the late evening. Session #2 starts right after work for another 2 hours. The rest of the evening is spent pre-packing/prepping for the following day.

Marisa Inda– Early morning cardio and clients, race home to get my kids and get them to school (they are usually late every damn day) then more clients, train, get kids, help with homework (or not cause common core math is ridiculous) then back to the gym for night clients. I do find time to watch TV at night.. I’m saddened Vikings is over for the season.

Dr. Mike Israetel – Wake up, teach a class, train with weights, shower at work, teach another class, shower again, work on book writing or academic needs, drive for an hour to KCBJJ, roll, drive an hour back, go to sleep. Oh and of course 6-7 meals/shakes in there duh.

Maya Winters– Right now, my schedule is pretty hectic. I have shit consistency in my schedule right now but I hit every training session. Some days I coach at 6am and 9 am, then work another job and other days I do Olympic lifting at 7am, then hit work, and other days.

I will be teaching at a new college in the fall, which will shake up my schedule even more. I crave a very regimented schedule and will have that soon.

Colin Burns– Wake up, and go to 8am warm up. Eat 8:30. Nap/Netflix/work. 10:30-1 train. Lunch. Nap/netflix/work. 4-6:30ish train. Dinner. Relax, sleep. Tues, Thurs, Sat we only train morning so afternoon is used for recovery, massage, etc.

Blaine Sumner– Wake up at 5:30, smash a shake, work from 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, smash a bunch of shakes and food during the day, train from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, smash some calories, sleep, repeat.

Reid Worthington– Wake up at 4am, coach 5-8:15am, eat and nap, workout from 11-2ish, work 3-8:30pm, bedtime by 10pm

Jamie Hagiya – Wake up around 7:30am eat breakfast, train from 10am-1pm, eat lunch, train kids for bball or private clients 3:30-5:00, 2nd training session 5:00-6:30, eat, coach/hang out at my gym 6:30-8:30/9, eat again, go home relax/watch tv if I have time, go to bed.

Greg Panora – I wake up and hit my favorite diner, train a bunch of clients, back to the diner for lunch, take a nap, train more clients, teach a class at CrossFit Casco Bay, dinner, teach another class, train myself, Eat a huge dinner, answer some emails, watch a movie with my girlfriend and sleep.

Ewa Januszk– Wake up, eat, teach, eat, train, eat, sleep, repeat.
