This is my first book from JTS and it is superinteressting.

Easy to read and has examples on how to program for yourself and others, pluss tips and more on how to get more from each lift.

Will absolutly buy more books from JTS in the future.

Recomended for anyone that just want to improve yourself or coach others.

5 out of 5 possible stars easy.

The book is great, as usual, and could be 5/5 and here’s why:

The book goes to great lengths about outlook on training. Mr. Wesley goes into great details about mindsets and how to organize training. For people concerned with METHODOLOGY of training, this is really good stuff!
The latter part of the books has training templates and is more hands-on in every sense. For people looking into methods this is the part it gets interesting.

Summa summarum, you should buy it. And if you haven’t bought the JTS 2.0 may buy this book instead because this has all it and more. So maybe this is JTS 3.0?

After reading the preview, I knew I would appreciate this book. I wanted to wait until it came out in “print”, with a tangible copy. But, I purchased it, and have been impressed with its thoroughness & insight. Once I have read it in its entirety, I plan to incorporate many of the principles in my next training block.
